Preeti Thakur is a highly experienced and qualified nutritionist and dietitian with an M. Sc. (Food and nutrition) and CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) and also holds a PG certificate course in Nutraceutical and Functional Food.
She is an IDA (Indian Dietetic Association) and Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India member and has qualified UGC NET for lectureship.

We request you to only book one appointment with a single doctor of your choice so as to give your colleagues a chance to also speak to the doctors, as slots are limited. If we find any double bookings, we will automatically cancel your second booking.
If you would like to have another appointment, please fill the waitlist form here and we will get in touch.
Don’t worry just sign-up on our waitlist and our care coordinators will get in touch on a first come first serve basis as and when there are any cancellations. We can also provide you a fresh appointment link if all free slots have already been occupied. Our services are available at very affordable rates.
You will receive a calendar invitation with a joining link to be used to talk to the doctor/nutritionist that you have booked your slot with. Our care coordinators will also get in touch with you, using the number provided by you in order to confirm and entertain any questions you may have.
Your personal and medical information is deemed as highly confidential and so we will be sharing your prescription on our app where only you can access your data. Our data regulations do not allow us to share your prescription on any other medium. Accessing your prescription will require you to use the same phone number you have used to sign-up for your consultation, and our care team will guide you through the process.
You will have a dedicated care coordinator who will help you confirm your appointment and share everything you need to have a great appointment with your doctor including ensuring your file has reached the doctor in advance, your prescription is generated in a timely manner and so on.
The appointment link provided to you allows you to reschedule your call based on your convenience. However we will not be able to guarantee free slots since they are limited. Should you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule but you are not able to find any slots available, please reach out to our care coordinators who may be able to either accommodate you or send you a fresh appointment booking link.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can click on the calendar invite where an option for cancellation is available. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your cancellation. We request you to also inform our care coordinators so that they may be able to give your slot to someone on the waiting list.
